Refund & Chargeback Policy

1. Freemium Access & Paid Upgrades

Social Proof Orders offers a freemium model that allows users to access limited features at no cost. Paid plans provide continued access, expanded usage, and additional software features.

By upgrading to a paid plan, you acknowledge that you are purchasing access to digital software services and usage-based features, not a guaranteed outcome or result.


2. No Refund Policy for Digital Services

Because our services provide immediate access to digital software, credits, and platform functionality, all payments are final once processed.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • unused time on subscriptions

  • unused credits

  • partial billing periods

  • changes in business performance or expectations

Users are encouraged to utilize the free tier before upgrading.


3. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in the following limited circumstances:

  • duplicate charges caused by a billing error

  • unauthorized transactions verified by our support team

All refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the charge.


4. Dispute Resolution Before Chargebacks

We strongly encourage users to contact support before initiating any payment dispute.

Most issues can be resolved quickly through:

  • account review

  • plan clarification

  • usage explanation

Filing a chargeback without contacting support will result in account suspension.


5. Chargebacks & Account Action

Initiating a chargeback for services already delivered will result in:

  • immediate account suspension

  • revocation of remaining credits

  • permanent restriction from future access

We maintain detailed logs of account access, feature usage, and service delivery.


6. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Nevada and/or Wyoming.


7. Chargeback Consequences

Resolve First. Most issues are resolved within 1–5 business days through our ticketing flow. Initiating a chargeback without following the resolution process will lead to permanent account closure.

Filing a chargeback instead of contacting support is considered:
– Breach of Terms of Service
– Potential fraud

Immediate consequences:
– Permanent account termination
– Forfeiture of all unused credits
– $50 administrative fee charged to your account
– Ban from creating new accounts (email, IP, payment method)
– Report to fraud prevention networks (MaxMind, Sift, etc.)
– Potential legal action for fraud + damages

If chargeback is filed:
– We will provide payment processor with:
– Timestamped delivery logs
– API confirmation receipts
– Dashboard usage logs
– IP/device fingerprints
– Email correspondence
– Screenshots of your store

– Reported to relevant authorities
– Added to merchant fraud databases
– May affect your ability to use other SaaS platforms

Device/user agent fingerprints and webhook idempotency receipts may be used to establish delivery.


8. Service Credits vs. Refunds

Digital Product Refund Limitations

Therefore:

– You cannot “return” digital service
– Refunds are based on service delivery, not satisfaction with results
– “I changed my mind” after using credits is not eligible

Eligible refund scenarios (only):
– Platform outage preventing delivery (72+ hours)
– Billing error (duplicate charge, wrong amount)


9. Usage Tracking & Account Actions

Automated Fraud Prevention

Our system automatically tracks:
– Credit usage timestamps
– Generation and delivery confirmations
– API success/failure logs
– Account access patterns (IP, device, location)
– Communication history

Actions triggered by chargeback filing:
1. Immediate account suspension (automated, instant)
2. All pending orders cancelled
3. API access revoked
4. Unused credits forfeited
5. User flagged in fraud prevention database

Account reinstatement:
– Only possible if chargeback is withdrawn
– Requires written explanation
– Subject to reinstatement fee
– Reactivation at our sole discretion
– May require prepayment for future services


10. Acceptance of Terms

By making a purchase, you confirm that:

✔ You have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Chargeback Policy.
✔ You understand that all sales are final, and refunds are only granted under outlined exceptions.
✔ You agree to contact support first before initiating a chargeback or dispute.
