1. Credits and Definitions

1.1 Credits. “Credits” are digital units used to access and consume platform features that generate test orders and related testing activity for QA, validation, and internal workflow use.

1.2 Credit Value. Unless otherwise stated at checkout or within the application, 1 Credit equals $1.00 of test order total. The Platform may define which order components count toward credit consumption and will display this basis in the application.

1.3 No Cash Value. Credits have no cash value, are not legal tender, are not redeemable for cash, and are non transferable except as expressly allowed by the Platform in writing.

2. How Credits Are Earned, Granted, and Used

2.1 Sources of Credits. Credits may be:

  • granted as part of a free monthly allowance,

  • granted through subscription renewals,

  • granted through one time credit purchases,

  • adjusted for support, corrections, or promotional programs at the Platform’s discretion.

2.2 When Credits Are Deducted. Credits are deducted only after a test order or other credit consuming action is successfully completed. If an action fails, credits should not be deducted.

2.3 Insufficient Credits. If your credit balance is insufficient to perform an action, the Platform will not complete that action and may pause any scheduled activity until sufficient credits are available.

2.4 Accuracy of Consumption. Credit deductions are based on the final completed order subtotal as recorded by the connected store or by the Platform’s recorded result. The Platform may reconcile differences between estimated and final values.

3. Expiration, Rollover, and Plan Limits

3.1 Expiration. Credit expiration and rollover rules, if any, are defined on the pricing page and within the application. If the Platform provides rollover, it may impose caps (for example, a maximum rollover equal to one month of your plan’s credit grant).

3.2 Free Allowance Rules. Free monthly credits, if offered, are subject to plan limits and may reset on a monthly schedule. Free credits may not accumulate beyond the monthly allowance unless explicitly stated.

3.3 Account and Store Limits. The Platform may set limits by plan, including connected store count, maximum test order value per order, monthly usage caps, and scheduling limits. These limits are displayed in the application and may be updated from time to time.

4. Refunds, Chargebacks, and Disputes

4.1 Credit Purchases. All credit purchases are for immediate access to digital services. Except where required by law or as expressly stated in a written refund policy, purchased credits are non refundable once credited to your account.

4.2 Subscription Renewals. Subscription charges recur until canceled. Cancellation stops future renewals and does not retroactively refund prior renewal charges, except as required by law or stated in the refund policy.

4.3 Fraud and Abuse. The Platform may withhold, reverse, or suspend credits and access if it reasonably suspects fraud, abuse, chargeback activity, or policy violations.

5. Responsible Use and Compliance

5.1 Permitted Use. The Platform is intended for testing, QA, validation, and internal workflows. You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and third party platform policies relating to your store.

5.2 Prohibited Use. You agree not to use the Platform to:

  • deceive or mislead customers, or create false impressions of real customer demand,

  • violate any platform’s policies, terms, or acceptable use rules,

  • engage in fraud, misrepresentation, or unlawful activity.

5.3 Audit and Enforcement. The Platform may monitor usage patterns for safety and compliance and may suspend or terminate accounts for violations. The Platform may also remove credits associated with prohibited use or fraudulent activity.

6. Changes to Credits and Pricing

6.1 Changes. The Platform may modify credit conversion rules, plan limits, pricing, or credit expiration and rollover policies. Changes will apply prospectively unless required otherwise by law, and the Platform will provide notice where reasonable (for example, in app notification or email).
