Social Proof Orders is a software platform that provides tools designed to help ecommerce brands manage visibility, engagement signals, and store presentation workflows.
We provide access to software features, not guarantees of sales, revenue, or performance.
Platform Compliance & Attestation. You represent and warrant that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and the applicable platform terms (including Shopify and WooCommerce). You authorize Social Proof Orders to connect to your store solely for the limited purpose as configured by you. You will not use the Service to mislead, defraud, or harm consumers.
Users may access limited features at no cost. Paid plans unlock continued access, higher usage limits, and advanced features.
Payment is for platform access and usage, not for outcomes.
All platform features are intended for:
internal testing
presentation optimization
experimentation
store setup and iteration
Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with their platform’s policies and applicable laws.
Credits represent platform usage capacity, not currency.
credits expire as stated in the plan
unused credits do not roll over unless specified
credits have no cash value
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.
Users may cancel at any time to avoid future charges. Access remains active until the end of the billing period.
Users agree not to:
misrepresent results
violate third-party platform policies
misuse the software
attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the system
We do not guarantee:
increased sales
increased revenue
improved conversion rates
Results depend on numerous external factors beyond our control.
Security & Access. Store access tokens are stored using industry-standard encryption and rotated on request. We never display full tokens in the UI and you agree not to share credentials with unauthorized users. You are responsible for safeguarding your admin access and for all actions taken under your account.
Fair Use & Protection. To protect platforms and merchants, we may throttle, defer, or cancel simulated activity if we detect anomalous behavior, API failures, or policy risk. We may also suspend or terminate access if your usage (i) exceeds reasonable limits, (ii) threatens platform integrity, or (iii) violates these Terms.
Availability & Service Credits. The Service is provided “as-is” and without warranty; however, if a documented platform outage prevents delivery for 96+ consecutive hours, we may, at our discretion, issue service credits to your account. Service credits are not cash and expire if unused.
Indemnification. You agree to defend and indemnify Social Proof Orders against third-party claims arising from your store content, your products, or your misuse of the Service.
Beta Features. Certain features may be labeled “Beta,” “Labs,” or “Experimental” and may be modified or discontinued at any time. Beta features are provided “as-is,” may be less reliable, and are excluded from any service-credit calculation.
You may not use our Service for:
Violation of these terms may result in termination of your account without a refund and potential legal action.
If you purchase a recurring service:
